Y11d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the y11d platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y11d platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and y11d as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the y11d platform. Registration requires complete, accurate, and truthful information. Any false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed immediately, and any balance associated with such fraud will be forfeited.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. y11d will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.
Identity Verification
Y11d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. This is a standard security measure to protect users and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.
One Account Policy
If a user is found to be operating more than one account — whether in their own name or through another party — all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings linked to them will be voided without compensation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the y11d platform agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment. Any misuse of the platform, including the use of automated software, bots, or any method that manipulates game or betting outcomes, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Sharing an account with any other party
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through unfair means
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through strategies that violate bonus terms
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms may result in y11d taking the following actions:
- Temporary account suspension pending investigation
- Permanent account closure without prior notice
- Cancellation of all active bonuses and promotions
- Withdrawal held pending completion of investigation
- Legal action where appropriate
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the y11d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods displayed in the finance section of your account.
Verified deposits are non-reversible. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification and rollover requirements (where applicable) have been fulfilled. y11d reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security investigation purposes.
Y11d is not liable for any losses arising from banking errors, transfer delays, or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. Should any transaction issues occur, users are encouraged to contact customer support with the relevant proof of transaction.
